I started People-X to empower small to mid-size businesses through strategic human resources advisory services. Specializing in interim, fractional, and project-based engagements, I provide flexible, expert guidance to help companies implement effective systems and programs that inspire people to achieve their best, enabling organizations to grow and succeed sustainably.

About me

I am a progressive, strategic, action-oriented change agent who meets companies where they are and focuses on initiatives with maximum return on resource investment, all while demonstrating agility. I am passionate about organizational effectiveness and implementing best practices that drive business performance and enhance employee engagement. My career has been built on enabling high performance among teams and helping organizations meet their goals through tailored people strategies and processes. With over two decades of experience across industries including real estate investment management, financial tech SaaS, private equity, futures and commodities trading, banking, and recruiting, I bring a unique blend of strategic insight and operational expertise. I lead teams to design people strategies aligned with business ambitions and build scalable systems to implement the vision. This includes successfully leading complex transformations such as reductions in force, revamping talent management systems, designing learning and development programs, and creating engagement and culture strategies, including global initiatives to support leadership growth and workforce resilience in a rapidly changing business landscape.
